Tibia is the longest running and most successful game of CipSoft by far. It's on eof the oldest MMORPGS ever and has a good player-base up today. It features a classic fantasy world and a retro pixelart style. Acutally that style was not retro in the first place. Coming from an era where games like Ultima VII were great, Tibia was born in this art-style but has been kept that way since. So viewed from a modern standpoint it's retro graphics and retro difficulty. For each major update, the art Team produces concept art as inspiration for the content designers. Then the art team will start supporting content creation by providing the game-art in pixel-art style. The selection below stems from a late 2014, where I had a gap between two projects to bridge and was allowed to help out on the Tibia team. Great fun!
