So, here's a small status update. I managed to get the site up and running. Although the template is not 100% complete, it does most of the things it's supposed to do. The rest I'll gradually sneak into the design. Working myself into Joomla3 template creation is quite a task. Anyway, I also began working through the sheer insurmountable heap of old footage and models from projects gone by.

Target: bringing the stuff only to show it off in my portfolio. To do this I am using Marmoset Toolbag2 which is just awesome. There are things that can be improved upon, but it already is a blast!

In addition I am experimenting with MayaLT, just to see if it's any use. I don't really need all the film-level stuff, so here I go. From what I have experienced by now, there are not many shortcomings. Some tools needed a bit of work although some of that can be attributed to changing from Maya2013 (which we had @Cipsoft) to Maya2015. But that goes along just fine. Give me a bit of testing and I'll release my personal custom MEL tool suite FOR FREE. There are a few things in there that are really good for speeding up your workflow.

The next few weeks I'll be ripping myself apart getting all the projects and the gallery up and running. After that it's time to be creative. I have so many ideas floating around in my head. I also have been quite busy petting my Pinterest Architecture Board. Architecture has always been a favorite of mine. Now, that I have a bit time left, I have begun diving into there and looking for inspiring architecture. If you care, take a look and follow me if you like that stuff.

The next updates won't take so long. I already have a ton of stuff to share with you. Top Secret Info: I am working with Substance Designer a lot. I have been working with Filter Forge since long and already loved that. But Substance has totally blown me away. I have created a few Substances that I'll be sharing with everybody in the near future, so stay tuned!

Allright, that's it. Keep it awesome!
